Recipe and Method

We sourced 100% agave nectar from Jalisco, Mexico. The agave nectar is then fermented over three days at our distillery in San Jose, California. The spirit is double distilled in the style of a Blanco Tequila.

Agave upfront complimented by notes of citrus and ends in a soft earthy finish.
